G'day all

This is a pic of a carving set that I made a short while ago. A friend did the knife & fork work I just braided the handles.

The handles are braided from rawhide kangaroo and kangaroo whip thonging

The instruction is for the base knot before any interweave has been added.

hopefully I'll get some time to do the the interweave instruction soon .

Thanks barra

I will be sure to have a good look around .

I just changed the PDF attachment in the first post I did some editing of it a couple of days ago and uploaded the old version instead of the new. The one that is there now makes it easier to follow the written sequence.

Cheers

hi Roo

The instructions are set out as if the knot has been sliced straight down the back so that on side correspondes to the other.

Just think of it as a cylinder that is flattened out so that you can see every part of it .Following the unders and overs will help to understand the diagrams. ;)

Hope this helps.

Cheers

Chris

Oh, cool! Thanks! :You_Rock_Emoticon:

I love seeing the knot work that is different from what I see every day. It's so fun to learn new stuff!
