Hi all --- our Baronial Arts and Sciences person needs some help

I thought that this might be a good place to ask as you all seem to know just about everything.

Our BArony is in the Greater Dayton area in Ohio so "local is better" (Note bolded parts of post below)

I'm trying to reproduce a data base I lost to a computer failure a while back. I was hoping folks out there would help. Please, to prevent a clog up of the mailing list, would you be so kind as to direct your reply to me personally! I will make up a list and see if Lancelin can then post it under the A&S pages on the FG Web site.

I'm after stuff like:

Mundane Guilds

Fabric Stores

Armourers

Glass suppliers for beads/stained glass

Scribal sources

Leather workers and suppliers

Metal workers and suppliers

Sundries for specialty costume supplies

Fibre art suppliers

Brewing suppliers

Cooking ingredient places (Jungle Jim's is already taken!)

Music places for period supplies if possible

So basically finished goods as well as raw supplies to work with.

I don't really want on-line places. They can be found in an internet search and I don't want to re-invent the wheel. There are a number of good on-line lists for places to go on-line. I want to help local businesses and see what can be found in person. I guess stuff as far out as Columbus or Cinci, and any SCA people in the Midrealm you might know of.

Comments regarding your business with them would be very helpful too! Did you have trouble? Were they great with xxx? Only place you can find xxx? Etc.
