Members Rocky Posted August 8, 2010 Members Report Posted August 8, 2010 (edited) Hi friends of fine leather work, think it`s time to post some images of a new sheath I made ! The sheath is very variable in carrying that "Cold Steel - Master Hunter" and there are no problems with the rubber handle of this knife. I`m looking foreward to your opinions best regards from Germany, Fritz Edited August 8, 2010 by Rocky Quote
Members Rayban Posted August 8, 2010 Members Report Posted August 8, 2010 It looks great. I like that design. Usually that style of sheath tends to look bulky, but yours does not. Great job! May I ask which black dye did you use and how do you seal it? Quote
Members KB8UVM Posted August 9, 2010 Members Report Posted August 9, 2010 Looks great. Now for a dumb question. I've notice a lot of sheaths on here, including yours, looks like the leather almost covers the entire handle. Is there a reason for that? Does it hinder getting a good grip on the the knife handle? I'm asking not to criticize just to learn. But it does look really good. Quote

The sheath is sealed with "leather care" finish. regards, Fritz Quote
