Vaquero1 Report post Posted October 28, 2010 Hi, this is Michael from Germany, I´m a Rookie in braiding rawhide and i wanna thank you all guys for sharing the knowledge, thousands of tipps and beeing so helpful... I will learn to make bosals and this are my first trys. they are not finished and i braided to wet so it does not cover the core. next time i will do it better but the second hide i put in hot water (for dehairing) and it failed totally... next week i get a third hide from my butcher and i will use sodium sulfide...
