gtwister09 Posted January 15, 2011 Report Posted January 15, 2011 (edited) Adriancg, Try this link for your manual... Machine Instruction Manual "Brought to you by your friendly neighborhood Google..." Regards, Ben P.S. For some odd reason the Add link wasn't working. It removes the hyperlink for this PDF everytime. Try cutting and pasting this below. www.mansew.com/PFAFF/PFAFF%201245%20INSTRUCTION%20MANUAL.pdf Edited January 15, 2011 by gtwister09 Quote
Members Adriancg Posted January 15, 2011 Author Members Report Posted January 15, 2011 thank you I found this manual too, but its for a much newer machine then my own. All i can fine online is people trying to sell photocopies of the manual for my machine and as a student after spending what i did on this machice i can hardly justify paying money for something that should have been with it. All I need is a pdf of it nothing special. Quote

Members Adriancg Posted January 18, 2011 Author Members Report Posted January 18, 2011 I've tried this as well, they have the 1245 but not the 1245 706/47. Then machine has enough differences for me to want the right manual. thanks any way. Quote
Members HockeyJB Posted November 18, 2014 Members Report Posted November 18, 2014 I know its been almost 4 years since you posted this but I believe I have the manual you are looking for. Hopefully this is synced to a current email address. let me know if you are still in need of this. Quote
Members shoepatcher Posted November 18, 2014 Members Report Posted November 18, 2014 Adriancg, I have copies of both the parts list and operations manual. I do not have them scanned. It is hard copy. There would be no charge for the manuals but I would need to cover the postage. What color is your 1245? glenn Quote

Members FIFI6464 Posted January 21, 2017 Members Report Posted January 21, 2017 Can anyone here tell me how to find the manufacturing date of the Phaff 1245-706/47 based on the serial number. I am shopping for one and will be nice to know how old is the machine. Or someone may also know when was the first and last year of production of this models. Thanks Quote
Members shoepatcher Posted January 23, 2017 Members Report Posted January 23, 2017 I believe that the honey colored one was made in the late 80's to the mid 90's. It was the last one before they went to the new style 1425 casting which was off white in color. I do not have a serial number reference guide from Pfaff but I know one exists. glenn Quote
Members Haderimouve Posted April 26, 2017 Members Report Posted April 26, 2017 Thank you very much Gregg, I just bought one honey colored this morning ! So I learnt something : The honey Pfaff are younger than the grey "martelé" ones ... My 335 is also honey painted ! Have a good day. Quote
Uwe Posted April 27, 2017 Report Posted April 27, 2017 (edited) This info might help date Pfaff machines based on serial number, but only if it's 1975 or earlier: Edited April 27, 2017 by Uwe Quote

I just got an old 1246 machine, which could use some fine tuning. Ah.. signed in to reply, download link is no longer "broken" :)! Many thanks! Quote
