Supplier of Swivel O-ring with four hole plate???

I have searched the web almost non-stop for a week, and I have not been able to find anyone who has the hardware item that I need.

I know this particular hardware is used on dog collars in Germany, but it may be used on harnesses also. Whatever it is used for (or called)---I sure need to locate a supplier. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Duke---I contacted them and sent them a picture of the item, but they've never seen it before. I do,however, appreciate the suggestion and your kindness in trying to help.

Dennis, you can try Lee Valley Tools they have a very big sellection of fancy hardware and such. They are a Canadian company, but I'm sure they ship to the US.

Every time I enter their store, it's way worse than going into a Tandy store, you could spend hours and hours looking, and hundreds of dollars in seconds.
