pete Report post Posted March 18, 2011 Im thinking if making some filagree pieces and want to know if I should antique before or after I cut them out. I know that the paste will be a pain to clean out in the small spaces, but what do you fellas do to get nice color INSIDE the spaces. Does neats take care of it? pete

royslsbry Report post Posted April 15, 2011 I cut mine first then smooth or sand off any ruff edges left, then I apply dies or oil depending on what I'm using, with a small brush in the cut outs. Then I dyes the rest.
