Members ljensen Posted March 24, 2011 Members Report Posted March 24, 2011 Alright, after looking at the pictures again, I see the slit braid. Quote
Members ecorrigan Posted February 27, 2014 Members Report Posted February 27, 2014 Okay, I might catch flak for resurrecting an old thread, but can you give me a few more details on this process? I want to start braiding my first rawhide honda and have plenty of material to work with, but as a beginner, I can't quite make out how you started it in your pictures. I'm instructionally challenged!! Quote
Members bucksnort Posted February 28, 2014 Members Report Posted February 28, 2014 Great job, thanks for taking the time to do that. I've been trying a few speed burners & they seem pretty popular. Buck Quote
Members Ensz saddlery Posted November 24, 2015 Members Report Posted November 24, 2015 Have you ever made any rawhide burners? How do you make. I have trouble making the rawhide get tite around the honda. Quote
Members bucksnort Posted December 14, 2015 Members Report Posted December 14, 2015 Size it to fit around the hondoo then notch the ends in a v pattern so the part inside is narrower than the part you are laceing. Quote
