I am looking at a De Santis holster right now and the hardware looks strait out of LOWES rubber grommet and all I could be mistaken though.. this is a 65 dollar holster from what Ive researched Quote
Members troop Posted April 11, 2011 Members Report Posted April 11, 2011 it pretty much is straight out of lowes. a t-nut, screw and a rubber vacum line cut into spacers. that is how i used to do them. stopped doing them at all now unless a customer really demands it. they are ok in the beginning but pretty soon you have to keep tightening them until one day they are at the end with no more room to tighten and you find that all you have done is stretch the leather out. just a good ol fashion tight stitch is all you really need. Members Reaper Posted April 11, 2011 Members Report Posted April 11, 2011 I've had the request to add a tensioner in the past... I let them put a holster formed to the weapon and they realize that there isn't a need for them.... Quote No sir, he fell into that bullet
