Who's Going To Sheridan?

I'll be there Thursday through Sunday (perhaps earlier) and I'm both excited and terrified! This is my first time to any trade show and I have a really hard time in busy/crowded areas - especially if I don't know very many folks there. I'm picking up my machines from Cobra Steve (YEAH!), so I can't chicken out. I'd love to meet other Leatherworker.net folks and hope you'll forgive in advance for being a nervous, clueless spaz.

I'll be there also. I have the privilege of teaching a class on Friday afternoon but will be over at the Best Western. Won't be in until mid morning on Friday and leaving on Saturday afternoon. I like the idea of name tags. Last year, Mark told me he had a handlebar mustache and I told him I would be wearing a black Stetson. We found each other so it really is not that hard to do.

Lets keep this going as it is only a few weeks away. Sounds like something Friday night would work best for me but let me know.

I just ordered some leatherworker.net name tags that we'll have to write our names on, but that should do the trick! I'm looking forward to seeing everyone, meeting new folks and smelling all the leather! Less than a month, folks! whoo-hooo!

Yep, I've got two ideas for us, or maybe three. (Never was any good in math.) I too will have some printed labels for anyone I meet that we can just slap on our shirts or blouses, saying LW.NET in red. I suggest we try and meet twice: first time at King's shindig on Wednesday night. Second time Friday night at Sheridan Leather Outfitters. This way shouldn't interfere with any classes or such. Also, some folks may not make it in on Wednesday, or be leaving early. Two get-togethers doubles our chances for meeting one another.

Denise I tried to get my dates changed so I could take your class but I'll be teaching Wednesday through Friday so I hope to be able to meet you and Rod at one of the parties!

Our loss is the gain of everyone taking your classes I'm sure. We will be at both King's and SLO's gatherings, and we'll have a booth at the show too right by the restaurant in the atrium so we're easy to find. We'll look out for you. I'm looking forward to meeting people in real life!
