My brother in law raises purebred black Angus. I made this for him. The nickle in the lower right was added to give a sense of size. I finished it with one coat of Super Sheen and two coats of Neat-Lac.

Very nice, Cecil! They look delishious! I have a sudden craving for a nice ribeye and a spinach salad!

I remember when Angus were not very popular due to having yellowish tallow. Now they're considered premium steaks due to the shortness of the muscle. Unless you get an ancient one, the meat is usually quite tender.
