Piston Toolbag

Recommended Posts

Thought I would share a Toolbag I made for a customers Fatboy. I got the idea of using the tops of Pistons from this forum (Joker) so many thanks. I used 9oz Herman Oak tooling leather for the outer shell with a 6 oz liner for one stiff bag that will hopefully last a lifetime for the new owner. The buckles are of a locking sort so he can lock it up if he is so inclined. I wanted a bit of embellishment with studs or basket stamping but the customer wanted it plain and since he was paying he got what he wanted. :) The pistons are from a twin cam Harley. I have a few Mopar Hemi pistons that I will make a few bags out of as well.

I don't think I have ever done anything for Motor Cycles. I like your work on this one.
