JLD Report post Posted August 9, 2011 Hi, I have been searching but I am unable to find who actually makes the range of bridles/headstalls sold by a well know USA Natual Horsemans who sells his own brand of halters and learther gear for BIG $$$ not sure that I should mention a name but PM me if you need more info. I do think that the workmanship and leather quality in his leather bridles is good and I would be interested in getting some similar items made to sell. Amyone have any ideas?? Aggiebraider Report post Posted August 10, 2011 If its the person Im thinking you mean....used to own a line of gear and then sold out and has recently started up again, then he owns his own shop. While I dont think he makes much himself anymore, he employs quite a few people to do his bit and silver work as well as his braiding and leatherwork......I think he sells to vendors as I used to see his original line in lots of different retail stores, so he might let you be a vendor. Hope that helps, CW

Johanne Johanne, I think it is OK to use the name. Some of the trainers/clinicians who sell their own line of tack stay with one supplier pretty steady and others seem to bounce around some. You can pretty well be assured that whoever may not tell you exactly who is making it for them. They want to keep sources confidential and not have a customer bypass them. That is a real sticky area for the maker who sells retail and wholesale too.
