Contributing Member Regis Posted June 13, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted June 13, 2008 Does anyone know if a stencil burner is the same thing as a burner for leather? They look like they have a much finer point than typical woodburners. Thanks, Regis Quote God, Family, and Country (although liberals are attempting to destroy these in the USA)

Thanks, Regis Regis, they kind of look the same but it not you could maybe use one if you were doing dot type shading but that about all it would be good for.. what i use for pyro work on leather is this http://www.carvertools.com/ for me i would say get a woodburner no matter what one there are lots out there ..if your burning its way better than trying to burn with a stencil tool. just my 2 cents.. have fun PYROCARVING....
