Members rgepting Posted October 31, 2011 Members Report Posted October 31, 2011 Well my Cobra 4 has made it to the house. Truck just showed up at the house today with my machine. I was expecting it around Thursday. Nice surprise. Got it unpacked and put together in a few hrs. This baby sews great right out of the box. Time to jam, I have a ton of work ready for this machine. Those of you waiting, trust me its worth the wait. Steve does a great job on these machines. You wont be sorry you purchased one. Thanks Richard Epting www.eptingknives.com Quote
Moderator Wizcrafts Posted November 1, 2011 Moderator Report Posted November 1, 2011 Don't be in such a hurry to put the Cobra to work that you neglect to oil it. New machines need to be oiled and broken in, like a new car engine. Some new 441 owners have overlooked this step and seized their machines. Members rgepting Posted November 1, 2011 Author Members Report Posted November 1, 2011 Thanks for the heads up on oiling. I will go thru it tonight. Quote

Scary Leatherworks Posted November 10, 2011 Report Posted November 10, 2011 Got my class 4 yesterday while at work. Got it together today and have been practicing some. Been having problems with thread tighteners and thread tension. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get it correct. Quote
