Members SloeRyderTack Posted November 16, 2011 Members Report Posted November 16, 2011 What is the smallest sewing machine that you can go that you think will sew leather successfully? Are the commercial Singers possible? I'm trying to think of money wise... I really need to stay under $500 for a sewing machine and all I need to sew is breastcollars and headstalls nothing more. Contributing Member TwinOaks Posted November 17, 2011 Contributing Member Report Posted November 17, 2011 An awl, two needles, and a spool of thread is about as small as you can get. :D For a powered machine, you might need to expand your budget a bit....hopefully Bob can help you out. Quote
