These are most commonly used to secure the ends of your belt keepers instead of sewing or using ordinary paper staples. Selling 20 pieces for 3 dollars, plus 1 dollar shipping no matter the quantity. I would assume you make two holes insert and then bend tabs with a vise and or pliers. this sound right? If it ain't moving and should......WD40, If it's moving and shouldn't....Duct Tape.
