I am selling some solid brass belt loop staples. These are most commonly used to secure the ends of your belt keepers instead of sewing or using ordinary paper staples. Selling 20 pieces for 3 dollars, plus 1 dollar shipping no matter the quantity.

Hello,

They are 0.40" from prong to prong and 0.205" wide at the widest portion. The prongs are 0.265" long.

Do you still have some of these for sale? If not where do you get them?

What is the best way to install? I would assume you make two holes insert and then bend tabs with a vise and or pliers. this sound right?

Do you need a big industrial stapler to install these, or is it small (less expensive) hand held models available for sale. These sure look more professional than the rapid staples.

Thanks

Sorry Bluesman, I didnt even see your post. I had to scroll up to figure out what you were talking about.

But you nailed it. I poke two holes with a stitching awl, stick the prongs through, and then use needlenose pliers to flatten/bend/smash the prongs down tight.

Thanks!

I have thousands of these things that came with my shop, they work great for belt loops and I use them on occasion as a bottom stop for zippers. I'd imagine there's a machine that installs them but I poke two holes and bend them with needle nose.

I could certainly send some to Norway if you are willing to pay the shipping. Thanks

Thank you Shooter, yes of course I will pay the shipping. I am used to order stuff from your country. It is important to keep the total under 35 $ to avoid Norwegian tax on it. Could you please calculate how many you can send me for that amount (included shipping) I better send you an email. Email sent.

Thanks
