Members The Leather Imp Posted January 24, 2012 Members Report Posted January 24, 2012 Would like to know if anyone could tell me a easy way of removing snaps in order to replace them. Thanks for all answers. I actually just replaced all the snaps on a leather vest, and I just took a pair of needle nose pliers and pulled in on the inside barbs, just kinda squishing them together, the caps just fell off, and then I replaced them. Members Dwight Posted January 24, 2012 Members Report Posted January 24, 2012 In a lot of cases, I find it just as easy to take a pair of good pliers, . . . grab the male or female part and squeeze it together. It usually opens the hole up enough that it just slips off the post holding it. May God bless, Dwight Quote
