FloridaTim Report post Posted January 26, 2012 Hi all. First of all, let me say thanks. This is my first post here, but I have been reading and reading and reading. So much to learn here. I just started playing around with leather 2 weeks ago. So much fun. So much to learn. Anyway, here is my question: If I put a light guideline on the leather to keep my borders straight or keep letter stamps in line, no matter how light I try to put it, I end up with a line on my finished product that I don't want. Is there anyway to have a guideline on there without it staying? Do I have to cut it, bevel it and make it part of the design? Thanks in advance. electrathon Report post Posted January 26, 2012 (edited) Use blue low stick painters tape instead of creasing yoru leather with a line. Aaron Edited January 26, 2012 by electrathon
