Members Bluesman Posted February 19, 2012 Members Report Posted February 19, 2012 That is incredible. How do you get such nice depth in your thumbprints and decorative cuts in 4oz leather? Very very nice. That will be one happy customer. Quote If it ain't moving and should......WD40, If it's moving and shouldn't....Duct Tape. There you have it, now fix something

Well if your leather is cased right and you tool your leather at the perfect moisture content your leather should somewhat burnish on every stamp impression thus giving you great looking depth. Quote

Aloha Jimbob I wish I could read that lol. And to everyone else, thank you very much. There were a lot of new things I tried on this belt and many things that will get changed on the next one but overall I was pleased with the outcome. Quote
Members chancey77 Posted March 2, 2012 Members Report Posted March 2, 2012 4oz on top of 3 oz----That sheridan looks real good! For such a light weight I think it looks awesome! Nice depth...on the door panels I am working right now, it is 5-6 oz and I thought it was looking to thin...I always use 8+oz so maybe I just need to dig deeper into the 5oz....and trust it...very inspiring! Thanks for posting it! Quote
