DoubleC Report post Posted February 29, 2012 I'm sure you all read about my genius friend making me a mold for this, the ever popular and famous Tree Reaper. So today I colored it.
Tree Reaper Report post Posted February 29, 2012 You can use that for a zipper pull on your jacket.
DoubleC Report post Posted February 29, 2012 You can use that for a zipper pull on your jacket. That's a great idea. My regular insulated coat or do I have to make the jacket too

DoubleC Report post Posted February 29, 2012 Great job, Cheryl! Really nice one. Thanks so much. I have another one molding while i work on other projects. I showed my VOW counselor today and asked him id I should have just done the eye like the one Kevin did, or if adding the detail looked ok. He said, you got 49 more conchos, do them all kinds of ways because you are going to be the Concho Queen of Rutland Suicide I haven't seen anything by you recently. Are you working your leather? (Maybe it's because i seem to post something every day about me of course, that it seems like it's been a while for you.) Anyway, Thanks again. Suicide Report post Posted March 1, 2012 Suicide I haven't seen anything by you recently. Are you working your leather? Currently not much unfortunately, full day job takes most of time, so all I still can do just tooling scraps for practice. But I hope more coming soon Cheers and keep moving on with you great stuff! DoubleC Report post Posted March 1, 2012 Currently not much unfortunately, full day job takes most of time, so all I still can do just tooling scraps for practice. But I hope more coming soon Cheers and keep moving on with you great stuff! That's what I should do at least an hour a day but I swear I don't know where I'd get an hour. But I love doing free hand things, and I'm getting to the place where my beveler and swivel knife don't scare the bejeebers out of me . Right now I'm working on 4 separate projects. I love it, I love the madness of it all but last weekend when I just sat down and did that bronc nose band, it was such a peaceful feeling. BUT one of my projects is a satchel I got the idea for at a website of a member here, who had a beautiful purse made out of blue jean shorts. I remembered I had a pair of carpenter jeans I can't wear anymore, and I'm going to add leather to them that's tooled with something, haven't gotten that far yet, and make it just absolutely wild, add anything I want to it, and I'll have a, oh what do you call it? anyway, nooks and crannies etc. so I can put SAMPLES, that's it, a sample bag for when we start hitting the streets with my things. So I just gathered everything I could possible think of I might need and gonna start on that. I'm just having so much fun Suicide, I really am. I'd like to see some coasters or SOMETHING from you. Can't you practice on something like that honey so we can see? I'd love to just see your practice stuff on scraps. Cheryl
