Members Don Ayres Posted April 8, 2012 Members Report Posted April 8, 2012 This is my first attempt making a dremel sized, leather edge burnisher, I just took the rubber sanding drum off the mandrel, along with the screw and two washers that come with it , Found some rosewood I had lying around , I cut it into a small square block then knocked the corners off to make it more round, drilled an 1/8th inch hole in the center, chucked it up in the dremel, turned it on, and held it against a sanding belt to true it up nice and round, then i took one of my lathe gouges and held it against the rosewood block while it was spinning in the dremel, and walla !!!!, took all of ten minutes to make, let me know what you guys think.
