I got my shipment of leather in tonight and realized that i didn't get any dye. I called all the local stores and no one has any leather dye. I tried a bit of neats foot oil and that darkened it up a little, but not what i need. Anyway, i have some aniline dyes for woodworking..its transtint water soluble dyes...will this stuff work on leather or will it do something bad? thanks for any help all. Don Quote

Don Wood dyes have been mentioned in posts here. Some are using them. Try your best friend, the search tool and search for wood dye. Test it on some scrap pieces to get the color and density you want.CTG Quote
