Notebook Cover (1St Leather Work)

Hi all

I am new to the forum, and new to leatherwork.

I started to get interested in leatherwork in a bushcraft forum where some of the members did some very interesting works in leather...i joined this forum in hopes that i could learn more and now here i am with my first work.

I am very pleased with the final result, since it is the first one, and since i had very limited resources, just the leather...dye, awl, needle and thread.

I still dont have any stamps so i had to improvise with some nails (the head) to make some 'stamp' marks in the leather.

Well and enough talking...

Great job. I made one but not nearly this nice. Just started cutting and sewing. You did an excellent first project. Cheryl
