Help With Making Leather Pencil Case!

Hi There,

I was just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for achieving those ends. I've had a few tries but can't really get the same shape. Does anyone know if the ends have a particulare name?

Any help would be great!

If you go down to where it shows how to do the purse bottom, it's the same thing. Sewn straight , then triangles to square off the ends.
