Can You Explain How This Is Done?

I thought I saw a video of this somewhere on the leatherworker forum but it may have been somewhere else. Here is a picture of what I want to do. It's the braiding on the end of this leash.

It is called a mystery braid. Google it.

It is actually called a bleed knot, the same knot saddlemakers use to attach saddle strings/conchos to the saddle. Here is a link to a similar question. http://leatherworker.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=34597
