Members sinpac Posted January 6, 2013 Members Report Posted January 6, 2013 Here's what I got. Consew 225 138 bonded thread on top and in the bobbin. Orange DP X 17 135 X 17 #22 needle I am new at the sewing thing I guess I should have paid attention in homec class in High School but I was to busy being a red blooded male. Anyway the top stitch doesn't look bad but the bottom stitch is not locking in the middle of the leather. The leather in the picture is 4 pieces of Veg Tan leather and it stair steps down to one layer with the same results. Can one of you guys or Gals help me please. Moderator Wizcrafts Posted January 6, 2013 Moderator Report Posted January 6, 2013 more top tension and /or less bobbin tension. If that doesn't do it, move up to a #23 needle.
