DaltonMasterson Report post Posted January 18, 2013 I had a local guy come into my office yesterday and told me he had a Chandler 500 for sale. I did a little looking online, but sure dont see a Chandler 500 anywhere. He said it is an upholstery machine. Is this right? Thanks, DM

Wizcrafts Report post Posted January 22, 2013 I can't find any info about that model Chandler. It must be a very old machine.
DaltonMasterson Report post Posted January 22, 2013 Thanks Wiz. I havent seen it, but if I do, I will take some pics. He says he is going to post it on Ebay sometime, but not sure if he will or not. Thanks, DM
Wizcrafts Report post Posted January 22, 2013 There is not much future in buying an obscure sewing machine that lacks commonly available specs or user reviews. This goes doubly if the machine is being sold on eBay. I have seen a lot of obscure sewing machines and printing presses and have had some of them. Some were winners and some were losers. DaltonMasterson Report post Posted January 28, 2013 Well, its nothing I need for sure, as I just got a Cobra this last spring, and it does the work I need it to do. True advice on the obscure machines. There is a reason they are obscure. Thanks!

Constabulary Report post Posted November 29, 2016 Just from looking at your picture.... Look for Juki 415 or 555 - they are pretty much the same class - maybe a little bit bit different. I would even guess this one is probably a bit an earlier model.
