customboots Report post Posted February 1, 2013 Hello everyone. My name is Lisa Sorrell, and I'm a cowboy boot maker in Oklahoma. If I'm known for anything, it's the intricate leather inlay and overlay on my cowboy boots. I'm a member of USA Artists and I have a project up for funding; it's a boot on the craft of leather inlay and overlay. If this interests you, please check out my project and share it with all of your friends! cdthayer Report post Posted August 31, 2013 I just recently found your 10-row stitching videos on YouTube, and have watched them over and over again. The next time that someone tells me they're afraid they won't be able to control their work with one hand (and use a handcrank sewing machine), I'm going to send them there to watch you. I know that you're not using a handcrank, but you're using only one hand to guide your work, so the technique would apply. Very good videos.
