tkirwan Report post Posted March 4, 2013 Hiyas All; Been lurking for a bit now trying to garner good ideas for my leather work. Man have i gotten loads of great ideas. Just finished a side pouch and a sporran for my kilt.Made them out of some excellent buffalo hide. Just started on a knife sheath for my K-Bar Knife and a scabbard for my machette. I am an archaeologist so experimenting with stuff is in my blood and I am hoping to get good enough at leather work to supliment my income during the winter months when I am not in the field doing archaeology. I want to say thanks to everyone for letting me watch conversations and view their work, and a special thank you to those whos ideas I have copied, you will know who you are when I start uploading some of my work for critique.
