Members pcox Posted March 25, 2013 Members Report Posted March 25, 2013 I am looking for a walking foot machine that will handle 207 thread and sew 3/8-7/16 inch and under leather. I have found a 211g151 condition looks good and the price seems Ok. What do you think Whiz , Eric or anyone? Quote
Members gottaknow Posted March 25, 2013 Members Report Posted March 25, 2013 (edited) The 211g151 doesn't have a walking foot. It's a strong compound feed machine, but won't handle what you're looking for. Regards, Eric Edited March 25, 2013 by gottaknow Quote
Members pcox Posted March 25, 2013 Author Members Report Posted March 25, 2013 (edited) Thanks Eric I knew someone on here would know. The same guy also has a 16-188 about the same deal I know it's older but it looks pretty good. What about it? Edited March 25, 2013 by pcox Quote

Members oltoot Posted March 25, 2013 Members Report Posted March 25, 2013 I have the 211 566 which is walking foot needle feed and I wouldn't push it that far. I have a Union Lockstitch which is for that range you are talking about and much more. I go from the Singer to the UL at about 1/4 Quote
