Im new and looking to make saddle bags and seats, need some help with makes and modles.

I also like making smaller leather items like belts and purses or anything really, should I have two machines for these differnt projects. please help.

I live in Canada and I haven't been able to find any used or new machines of those kind, I did however find a pfaff 138 and a brother... Don't recall the modle number at this time. Any thoughts??
