Heres a pickguard i did for a friends bass guitar.

Wicked design. Love the half skull. I think I'm going to have to try this on my Fender. Any words of advice before I dive into a project like this?

profesionally im a tattoo artist so that design just came to me, thats the kind of stuff i do every day. as for advice on the leather working part. I took the standard pickgaurd and used it to make a template and of course you'll have to do some creative trimming to get it to fit right. all in all it was a pretty easy project.
