Members barefooter Posted May 15, 2013 Members Report Posted May 15, 2013 Got a question on paint. I bought some Eco paint from tandy which is water based but my wife uses an acrylic water based paint for arts and crafts and I tried it.. It had the same results But I'm curious about its diffrences or its durability. The price diffrence it about half that's why I ask. Any comments? Quote
Members treybecca Posted May 16, 2013 Members Report Posted May 16, 2013 Kinda the same difference between buying a Victorian Secret Bra versus a Walmart variety....still gets the job done, the cheaper one actually lasts longer....but your paying for the name. Many folks have had great results with the inexpensive acrylics you get for a buck and some change. I personally recommend Angelus Leather paint. Very flexible and formulated specifically for leather. Quote
