Hello From South Africa

Hi all

I live in South Africa, and have just moved from the coast up to awesome Johannesburg!

Joining a leather working site is probably a bit premature, seeing as my entire leather work experience consists of a lanyard and a failed phone cover, but I'm hoping to learn a lot from this site.

I'm interested in making my dog a leather dog collar and a leash, but being new to Johannesburg, I have no idea where to look for the leather strips or the hardware. Any fellow Joburg'ers out there who could point me in the right direction? I'm in Randburg, North West.
