Besides the cell phone holder in the deluxe kit from Tandy Leather,

This is my first leather project ever. I made a leather sheath for a buddy of mine here at work. It's for his son that my buddy made a knife for. A Green River Blade, Eucalyptis(sp?) burl wood handle, 1/8" copper tubing as pins. The sheath turned out way better than I expected. Hand sewn using 6-8oz(I think) tooling leather. 5 layer with a welt, artificial senew thread. I used contact cement between layers, grooved and thread wheel to stitch and.... #55 drill bit with my dremel.

After tooling the front:
