No experience necessary, training provided. Required skills should include carpentry, building, and any talents that might contribute to saddlemaking and related tasks such as; working with leather, wood and metal, leather working machinery, specialty tools, and many other dynamic responsibilities. Duties will include learning the saddlemaking trade, working with vendors and suppliers, and working to enhance our manufacturing processes.
