I use a small manual one, what are you wanting to put through one. I use mine for canvas linings, got it from Pot Devin very helpful people to deal with if you want more info.

Thanks, I want to glue lining leathers on bridles etc.. Where is Pot Devin?

There in New Jersey, so I had it posted out to me took a little while to get it as they was some sort of postal back log at the time. Pot Devin and Schaefer are the main companies I have heard of for them. I don't have to do a lot so went with a manual machine if your doing a substantial amount and the lining is thickish you probably will want a motorised one. They occasionally come up on Ebay if you don't want a new one.

Thanks, I bought a couple of used ones and they work great,I can gauge the thickness of the glue coating the leather and the width of the glue line too.
