Practice Koi ... Kinda Rough

I tried layering 3 stains (smoke black, red, and silver) any suggestions on the carving or staining would be appreciated ... all in all I'm not displeased since I'm new to it all :)

Looks good! Keep it up! You'll learn more every time. Play with as many of the craft tools as you can it will help bring your carving to life.
