Marlon, I haven't seen those in years. Tandy used to sell them. You might try Springfield leather, they sometimes can get odd stuff that no one else has. Or you can ask the local tandy manager if he can search the store web for stuff that is stashed away somewhere... Good luck. I wouldn't mind picking up 3 or 4 myself.

Thanks for the ideas Russ. I'll give 'em a go. All other suggestions still welcome.

I just realized you meant real round not oval..

I did a google for "round buckle blanks", and a lot came up, but i couldn't find inexpensive...mostly $ and up. A lot of stained glass people were selling them for fused glass makers. try lookin thru the google better than i did, you should find some. I did find some nice ones in pewter, copper, etc.

There is a gentleman in Pocatello, Idaho who makes buckle blanks for Beaders on the local Shoshoni-Bannock Indian reservation they are very high quality and built to last he makes many different sizes and shapes. I would be glad to pick some up and ship them to you. They run about $3 to $5 each. If you are still needing some. Lee

Lee,

I actually lived in Pocatello, Id one summer. I was doing some work for the forest service in Caribou N.F.

I responded to your P.M., so thanks again.
