Members NicoleAlaine Posted August 13, 2013 Members Report Posted August 13, 2013 (edited) Love the shape, and the vintage stones are a great idea! What do you color with? I have been trying to figure how to do a good white. Edited August 13, 2013 by NicoleAlaine Quote
Members jockey Posted August 14, 2013 Author Members Report Posted August 14, 2013 Hei thanks for your interest I set the stones by cutting a narrow groove into the leather then just whip stitch over every third stone with clear transparent thread I use feibings spirit dye to color but the white comes pre dyed from the tannery Best regards Tony Quote
Members NicoleAlaine Posted August 14, 2013 Members Report Posted August 14, 2013 Hmm, I might have to invest in a white hide. It looks really slick. I have about 12 different colors I offer normally but I am really jonesing for white. Quote
Members WScott Posted August 15, 2013 Members Report Posted August 15, 2013 You white leather looks great... Who is your supplier?? My white stuff has a blueish tinge to it and doesn't POP like yours does Quote
