MadMorbius Report post Posted October 31, 2013 (edited) I received my "fully loaded" package today, and appear to be missing the presser feet. I've emailed Techsew, but in the interim, I need to know what foot this is on the machine? I've never seen one this size before...Coming off a Juki Lu563 and jumping onto this...that foot looks positively massive (the photo is deceiving, but look at in relation to the bobbin!) Constabulary Report post Posted October 31, 2013 This seems to be the regular walking foot set that comes with the machine. Looks not wrong to me. Not sure what you expected but you know that the machine has a walking foot, right?
MadMorbius Report post Posted October 31, 2013 Yes, it's just 3 times the size of what I was expecting (not saying it's wrong). I did not recieve the other feet that are listed as part of the package (left toe, right toe, center groover, blanket foot etc). The width of this foot makes use of the material guide pretty much useless for anything less than 1/2" from the edge, so I was curious if I had some kind of gargantuan foot on there

The phone number is found on their website. He will get you the narrow and single toe harness feet you are looking for.
