FireFighter25 Report post Posted December 20, 2013 I'm currently using8/9 oz veg tanned leather to make suspenders. I'm stamping it and then planning on using a Eco flo antique and finishing it with fiebings leather sheen (spray one). I wear really soft shirts for work and know the back of the leather will make them all fuzzy. camano ridge Report post Posted December 20, 2013 dye the back side (fuzzy side) then burnish the heck out of the back side. Here is a thread with several methods.
