If you do a search on the se forums some one posted a pattern a while back. Also the current issue of Leathercrafters and Saddlers Journal has a nice pattern in it with instructions. Also I just ran across a pattern on pinterest this morning I will see if I can locate it again and post the link. Here is a link to a you tube video. He does not have a pattern but walks you through how he made it. It looks like a nice case and easy to build.
