Andies Tack Report post Posted March 11, 2014 I'm new and wanted to say Hello to everyone. I found this forum while I was google searching for supplies and few different times, and decided to become a member. Seems like a great place to read advice. I am a barrel racer, team roper, and trainer....I started my own custom leather business in November. My dad is a custom knife maker, and I started out making his knife sheaths for him in October of last year. Since then it's turned into a custom horse tack business. I would love any advice anyone would like to offer. I am completely self taught, and love to learn. I started out with about 4 different tools, and a razor knife. Now, I no longer have a dinning room. lol...I've turned my dinning room in my house into a leather shop. All of the sets I've made so far with inlays are all from real hides, and some of the hides I tan myself(deer, gator, beaver, etc.) Don't mean t make this too long, and bore anyone. Just wanted to say hello. Here's a few of the sets I am making and advertising so far. I hope this isn't breaking the rules...if it is I'll remove it. This is a dog collar I recently finished for my Cheeko...the little runt gets an attitude if I take it off him now. LOL
