I made my own seat without reading on here and literally only after spending like an hour reading tips and tutorials and stuff I saw massive glaring issues with my seat. That being said I love it and I'm happy with the way it came out but the extra info on the site will literally make a huge difference in the way you look at your materials and what you should take into consideration.
