Just Ordered A Cowboy 4500 Complete Package

Bit the bullet…ordered the Cowboy 4500--Complete Package…WOW—hope I did the right thing, it is a lot of money to put down at one time and a lot of items to sell to make up for the purchase, but I’m tired of sewing by hand and getting blood on my leather from the awl stabs and the thread cutting my hands. Ha-ha

Bob is a good person to work with, I would highly recommend him if you have any questions about sewing. Bob said that it would be 3 or 4 days until it ships and that he would call with tracking number when it ships. Can't wait.

I looked at the Cobra 4-P and they are really nice too…to me they look to be the same machine, except different color and with slightly different accessories—what I liked about the CB is that it has stainless steel feet and plates and that they are closer to my home state of Virginia…this saves on shipping.

The price was within $100 of each other with the Cowboy winning because of the difference in shipping.

By the way not to let Cobra Steve out...he is great to deal with and very informative also, he is the one who sold me on this class of machine, sorry Steve, I just had to save the $100, hope you understand.

Gotta give props to Bob... bought a 4500 from him as well and it has been a great machine. I drove out to Toledo to pick it up and Bob took the time to show all of the operational details. Since getting my machine, I have called Bob to place an order for some thread and to my surprise he remembered who I was and asked how the 4500 was running. I asked if there was any such thing as an open toe center foot for the machine and he had one made for me and sent our within a few days,
