Thanks guys, I used what seems to be 2-3 oz chrome tanned cowhide. "Burnishes" pretty well

OH ! So it was already dyed when you purchased it.

Where did you purchase it from ? When something inspires me, I have to know all I can about it !!!

Well made and looks professional. Some things that can take it one step further are different coloured thread on the inside for the top and middle , a logo, change the card slots to a pebbled black leather or different compartments.
