Is there an illustrated list of presser feet options available for the cowboy 4500?

Yes. Go to the CB4500 page and click on the link in the right sidebar to see all available accessories in a pop-up window. There are links to photos in the pop-up window.

That's what I was looking for, thanks Wiz.

Can you modify those or do the need that plated finish?

They're polished on a buffer, not plated. Those feet and throat plates are cut from stainless steel. I have modified a couple of mine and buffed them up with green rouge on a medium cloth 6" wheel, on a grinder.

I can do that, thanks.

Knowing that those attachments was that easily available and to a decent price; was my reason for buying a 441 clone.

Did you come up with some good modifications Wiz. Anything you care to share?

I love a good modifications :)

Thanks

Not to step on Wiz's toes... but I was not enjoying sewing with the enclosed center foot that came with the 4500 that I bought from Cowboy Bob.... I wanted to see EXACTLY where the needle was going to drop. So I called Bob and he modified one for me that had an "open toe". I can't say enough about Bob's service to his customers.

Thanks.
